Mike & Chris Agnoli

Chris Agnoli is by far the best realtor I have ever known. He stood by us professionally for years while we made the right decision on buying a home. He never pressured us or tried to sway us in any way. He has a long list of professional people available to help in the process. Some of whom we have worked with, and all have been very professional and a positive experience. Everything from appraisers to painters and movers. He definitely knows the area. His knowledge of the homes and neighborhoods is impressive. Our experience with Chris in buying our home was organized, calm, efficient, professional, and easy. We find Chris Agnoli to be an ethical,...

I chose Chris to sell 2 of my homes and purchased one. Chris knows the market and works patiently through all issues. He provides critical updates and always has great ideas and suggestions on how to proceed, all the while gaining maximum value for his clients. Really, the best realtor I’ve ever known. Chris is very honest, and I’ve always valued his trusted advice every step of the way through sales and purchases.

Chris has a thorough and impressive background in real estate, having owned his own companies in both San Diego and Santa Barbara. He is exceptionally personable, knowledgeable, available, and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. I would both use Chris again as well as recommend him.
